Cricket - My Passion
Although I trained in tedkwando, cricket became my passion when I started working for Luke. When I got into Parliament I was delighted to discover that it had a cricket team, the Lords and Commons. I am a fast bowler.
The first thing I did in Dudbury was to get the children a space to play cricket.
I am a strong supporter of A Chance To Shine, the Cricket Foundation's charity which brings cricket to state schools. They are now working with all the schools in Dudbury and with more than 1200 others across the country. Nearly 100,000 children have had coaching and matches.
